Mustache Baby by Bridget Heos

Hi folks.  My name is Angella and this week I'm going to recommend some picture books for you that my son and I really enjoy.  So let's begin with Mustache Baby by Bridget Heos.

Baby Billy’s family was quite surprised on the day he was born. They weren't surprised by the color of his eyes nor the hair on his head...

Billy you see is born with a mustache and as he grows into a toddler his family must decide whether or not he has the "good-guy" type of mustache or the "bad-guy" type.

He certainly makes for a good cowboy and man of the law (good-guys, yes!).

But he also makes for a good train robber and cereal criminal (bad-guys, oh no!).

With lively and comical illustrations by Joy Ang, Mustache Baby is the perfect choice for when a child asks for a great book to read or for the parent who wants to read to the whole family. You’ll get some laughs and smiles with this one for sure.

You may also like Mo’s Mustache by Ben Clanton. Mo is a monster that wasn't born with a mustache like Billy, Mo gets one on his very own.
